In general, we welcome you in person but sometimes we cannot welcome you.
Thank you for choosing Yenapourtoi apartment and kindly take note of the instructions below so that your arrival can go smoothly.
HOW TO RECOVER THE KEYS
The keys are in the key box on the front (under the bell). The code will be provided to you by Airbnb message, sms (local number) or WhatsApp, a few days before the day of your arrival.

Open the black hood

Enter the code (Previously sent by sms or whatsapp)
- Open the flap by simultaneously pressing the two side buttons

Collect the key and the beep and close the key box by mixing the numbers and close the black hood.

To open the gate use the beep provided, by clicking on button 1 or A, it will close automatically after 20 seconds.

INFORMATIONS
PARKING - IF YOU HAVE A CAR
Park your car in this car park, it is reserved for you for your entire stay.
NIGHT ARRIVAL
If you arrive at night, a switch (just before the stairs) allows you to light the way to the apartment. To turn off, the switch is located to the right of the entrance door of the apartment (in front ). Remember to turn it off because there is no timer.
ACCESS PATH
Use the few stairs at the bottom of the car park, then take the path to the bottom where you will find a few steps and a wooden deck.
Enter the passageway after the deck and you will find the apartment door on your right. At the end of this corridor you will find a small interior courtyard as well as the laundry room.
OUTSIDE
The table and chairs area, the deck with deckchairs, the courtyard and the laundry room are completely reserved for you.
APARTMENT - WIFI - LINKS
On the kitchen wall board, you find the wifi code as well as the web link (scan the QR code or type the link directly in your browser) the apartment’s website which will allow you to read all the information about the use of the apartment, the manuals of the devices, the links of the activities and shops of the surrounding area and many other information.
LAUNDRY
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer and a drying rack. If you want to sort selectively, put plastic or glass bottles, paper and cardboard, etc. in the bins. We will harvest them.
KITCHEN
The fire plate runs on gas, turn the knob and press it to light the fires.
The oven runs on electricity.

SAFE
You will find a safe in the bathroom closet. Use it to deposit your valuables. The code (+ letter E) is the same as the one you already used to enter the residence.
TELEVISION
To turn on the TV, use the 2 black remote controls to turn it on. The first for the GOTV decoder located under the cabinet and the small thin remote control for television. The channels should arrive in about ten seconds.
WATER
In Noumea, tap water is of excellent quality. You can drink it with confidence. Outside the city, in the bush, in the islands, ect... it is better to avoid and use commercial water bottles such as 'Eau du Mont Dore'.
